Yes. However, due to Brexit, our brand cannot cover all the new import duties and customs charges and all deliveries to the European Union (EU) will be treated as international deliveries. For more information please see our Delivery Information.
The European Union (EU) made important changes to its value-added tax (VAT) rules, which came into effect on July 1, 2021. This process won’t be forever. We are still working on a solution which should ensure EU deliveries again and return shipping costs to their previous levels.We apologise for any inconvenience cause and thank you for your patience while we get there.

What payment methods does Eleni Bantra accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify. 

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can amend your order as long as your purchases have not been prepared for dispatch. If you need to make any changes, please email info@elenibantra.com with your order reference number and amended requirements.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

How do I return or exchange an item?

I have received some Eleni Bantra items as a gift from someone else. Can I return them?

You can return items as normal - please refer to the return guidelines above and on the paperwork that came with the goods. 

You might want to note that the purchaser will automatically be notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. We apologise we cannot prevent this as it is an automated part of our returns system. 

Refunds can only be issues to the card which was used to pay for the goods. We do not offer credit notes. 

I have received a gift card from someone else. Can I return it?

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Do I need to create an account to order online?

You do not need to create an account to shop online with us. However, we strongly recommend you to do so. By creating an account, you will be able to register returns or exchanges and save your personal information to make your next purchases easier.

GIFTS

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! If you would like your order shipped straight to the gift recipient, please let us know in the "additional information" box at checkout. We can send the item directly to them with no pricing information and send the invoice separately to your email address. 

Can I include a personal note?

Yes! Please write in the "additional information" box at checkout your personal note and we will include a handwritten note for you.
