If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your products, please read the following carefully before proceeding with your request:
- You have 21 days from receipt of order to return your unwanted items.
- Returns outside the 21-day window will not be accepted if you have not informed us of your decision to return the goods.
- The products should be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with all Eleni Bantra garment tags or other original tags still attached.
- We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may be not accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Shipping cost will be your own responsibility, and these costs are nonrefundable.
- Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, so we can still complete your return if it gets delayed on its way back to us.
- We will not be held responsible for undelivered goods, so please keep copies of your shipping documentation in case your parcel gets lost.
- To return a product please email firstname.lastname@example.org, complete the Return Form provided to you with your product and include it in the parcel. Unwanted products must be returned to the address below:

- If a product is genuinely faulty, we recommend getting in touch and we will ask you to return the product to us at no cost so we can investigate the fault and suggest a solution.
- Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of international returns. You may visit https://uk.interparcel.com as they offer a pick up service and fair rates.
- General return policy
- Please mark your package clearly as “British Commercial Returns” to avoid delays at customs and include your original tracking number when your goods arrived which you can find attached to the packaging they arrived in or in your dispatch email.
- We will not be responsible for any customs, duty and tax charges that may be incurred for items returned outside of the UK.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is accepted, we will refund the full value of your returned product as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your parcel. The full refund will be returned by the method originally used by you to pay (such as debit or credit card, PayPal).
- Exchanges cannot be made, so we suggest that you return your unwanted product for a refund and purchase the new item separately from our e-shop.
