We aim to get your order shipped within 48 hours. This is, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. We kindly ask you to allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services / airlines.

All orders are packed in Eleni Bantra branded packaging with love and care.

Shipping rates - The shipping duration is calculated once the goods have left our warehouse.

International deliveries:

We currently ship exclusively within Europe. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping outside of Europe due to high logistics costs, customs fees, and operational challenges.
