We aim to get your order shipped within 48 hours. This is, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. We kindly ask you to allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services / airlines.

International deliveries:

Orders delivered to addresses outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes directly to release your order from customs and these will not be refunded in case the articles are returned.
