This scarf is designed and printed in England on high quality crepe de chine silk, and measures 90 x 90 cm. Crepe de chine silk is a fine lightweight fabric which has a delicate and sheer surface, as well as an exceptional drape. The lab sample used for this design was spleen which was combined with the geometric shapes found inside the biology lab. A spleen is an abdominal organ involved in the production and removal of blood cells in most vertebrates and forming part of the immune system.
